Tom started himself in sales as young as 12 years old selling golf balls found while walking his dog back to golfers. From there, the sales process and passion for consulting and advising only grew and his passion intensified. Raised in southeastern Connecticut and a graduate of University of Connecticut with a degree in finance, Tom leapt into a career on Wall St and corporate sales before ending at his greatest passion, real estate. 

 

From leasing to buying, selling to renovating, investing to all aspects of construction; Tom has experience that is second-to-none in these fields. In addition to being an expert in all facets of how a home is built and/or renovated, Tom has also become an expert in target marketing and retargeted marketing properties for clients. His unique approach to each property is custom-built around each home as no two homes are ever identical, requiring different tactics and approaches to selling each and every one of his client’s homes. With a 97% execution at or above listing price, Tom has been able to further fine tune his marketing and deliver top service to his clients. Tom is a resident of Fair Haven, his wife’s hometown. In his free time, Tom can be found playing with his family at Fair Haven Fields, relaxing at their local beach club in Sea Bright, walking his golden retriever, keeping up to date on all marketing trends or cooking and entertaining his friends, neighbors and clients.
